This traditional style bratwurst comes from its Bavarian roots. It’s classic and it’s darn good.
4 brats in a package. Approximately 1 lbs total weight
Cooking Suggestions:
simmer brats in beer or salted water to warm for 10-20 minutes, then sear on a dry pan or grill for some color right before serving. This will help avoid any blow-outs.

our new favorite method when we don’t want to fire up the grill:
put thawed brats in a dry cast-iron skillet on low until sausage is cooked through (approx 20-30 mins), turn occasionally
