Bringing More Wisconsin-Grown produce to Wisconsin consumers…

We’ve applied for and received a grant from DATCP to help us upgrade our equipment so that we can more efficiently process and preserve Wisconsin-grown organic veggies sourced from local farms. Our goal is to get more of this lovely produce to the Wisconsin consumer’s table and we will sell it through a variety of outlets including Madison-area restaurants and our own online frozen foods shop. Our goal is to support local farmers and restaurants especially throughout the winters and shoulder seasons when fresh produce is hard to come by!
