We are busy working out some plans for a meat csa to begin this October, 2020!

We want to offer a monthly share of grass-fed organic meats delivered to locations in Madison and also with pickup available at our Spring Green Kitchen. We are open to other locations if you know of any who would love to host!

Included in this monthly half or whole share would be cuts of locally-pastured:

• Pork (Enos Farms)

• Beef

• Chicken

  and a rotation of a couple of the following when/if possible:

• Lamb (Winklestern Farm-Located on Enos Farms)

• Goat

• Fish (Great Lakes Fresh-Caught)

Also included in your share: recipes and cooking ideas and some fun surprises along the way!
